What method of cleaning do you use for carpeting?

We do 100% steam cleaning with a truck mounted cleaning system, where the machine stays in our truck and only the hoses come into the house.
All soiled water is taken away and is not dumped in your sink or toilets. This method of cleaning is recommended by all carpet manufacturers.

What methods are used for upholstery cleaning?

We steam clean, dry clean, foam clean and hand clean upholstery.
The technicians clean you’re fabric following the manufactures guidelines and recommendations.

Who does the cleaning?

Our certified, senior technicians do all the cleaning. Our workers are employees and we will never send subcontractors to your home.  They arrive fully uniformed in a company vehicle.
All backgrounds have been checked, and our technicians have at least six years of experience.

Do you move furniture?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we are full service. We move the pieces you want moved. Pieces are slid out cleaned behind and slid back into place with protective pads or blocks under the legs.
We do tend to work around heavier items as they tend to crush our blocks. We do move some beds and dressers.

How long does it take the carpet to dry?

It will take 6 to 24 hours to dry.
The carpets will feel damp like a towel coming out of the washing machine. You can walk on the carpet immediately after we clean them.

Are there any hidden charges?

No! If your carpeting were to need an extra service to get your carpet clean, the technicians will give you an estimate before additional work is done.
